The Croix was formed in 2005. We feature two sections to the group. The Croix de Guere depict the 172 eme RI (later becoming the 172 eme RIF) of the French Army from 1913-1940. Unlike other groups, we prefer to concentrate on an educational approach based around our extensive collection of original artifacts. The later period items from our collection now form the part of the newly created Dunkirk 1940 museum, which will be opening to the public in 2018 at Fort Luton, Medway, kent. The Croix de Lorraine, depict all aspects of civilian life over the same 1913-1940 period. Both groups travel the world to present the story to the public.
